The Federal Bureau of Investigation took over the investigation,[7][8] and on April 18 released photographs and video of two suspects.[9] They were identified that day, with help from the public, as brothers Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed in a shootout with authorities. His brother escaped.

On Apr19, "authorities" requested people to Shelter In Place (curfew, Martial Law?).

He was not given his Miranda Warning for 16hrs under an abuse of the Public Safety exception. Even before the Warning, he asked for a lawyer but was ignored.
