What's up Bill? I often visit your Wiki, what a perfect representation of your brain. My father in-law is a major foodie and he buys Jessica and I the hardcover Cooks Illustrated yearbook every year. I've got them going back 10 years. Kimball is a mad man, but I like his journalistic approach to cooking - no fluff, just the facts.
