Democracy where the people make decisions themselves (e.g. through Referen Dum)

The main concerns many people have with Direct Democracy are:

• logistics of scaling decision making (this seems less of an issue with widescale accessibility of the Internet)

• whether issues are "too complex" for the Common Man to comprehend, and whether he can be trusted to consider the Greater Good.
