PSR273 - $160; full-size; touch-sensitive,;has MIDI maybe

PSRE303 - $160; definitely full-size, touch-sensitive;

DGX203 - $300; 76 keys; full-size, touch-sensitive; uses USB - went with this since Jihi used to play piano figured it was worth having some extra keys
