Sociocracy is a system of governance (Organization Model) using consent decision making and an organizational structure based on Cybernetic principles (a closed loop system with a FeedBack mechanism).[1] Modern sociocracy was developed by Gerard Endenburg as a method for use in governing his electrical engineering company,[2] and is applicable to any organization. It is currently in use by public, private, non-profit, and community organizations and associations. Sociocratic governance is taught in college and university courses in business, political science, history, and sociology. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociocracy

Toby Shorin: These days I've been slowly coming to reevaluate something I have held to be fundamental for a long time. For years I was obsessed with various forms of liberalism—social, emotional, industrial/employment. "Agency" is the word I've used to describe these forms.... I haven't fully abandoned this idea of agency, but I am coming to see it in more complex and challenging and useful ways... Agency of negative emotions --> agency derives from ability to hold a wide range of emotions preferencelessly... This new perspective I'm still developing also makes me see other topics dealing with freedoms and liberalism in different ways.

Toby Shorin: Jobs To Be Done. Our most significant jobs define who we are (identity). Communing with others is one such job that is core to being human. Just as a bee’s job of pollination is central to what a bee is, humans have jobs of socializing. (more)

aka FiveFactor, OCEAN - Personality Test - In psychological trait theory, the Big Five personality traits, also known as the OCEAN model is a suggested taxonomy, or grouping, for personality traits,[1] developed from the 1980s onwards. When factor analysis (a statistical technique) is applied to personality survey data, it reveals semantic associations: some words used to describe aspects of personality are often applied to the same person. For example, someone described as conscientious is more likely to be described as "always prepared" rather than "messy". These associations suggest five broad dimensions used in common language to describe the human personality and psyche.[2][3] The theory identifies five factors: openness to experience (inventive/curious vs. consistent/cautious); conscientiousness (efficient/organized vs. extravagant/careless); extraversion (outgoing/energetic vs. solitary/reserved); agreeableness (friendly/compassionate vs. challenging/callous); neuroticism (sensitive/nervous vs. resilient/confident) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Five_personality_traits (more)
