Interstitial Journaling

Practice of journaling in between your tasks to log them, and your thoughts about them.

Wiki "modal" editing adds too much friction, it's good to really use scratchpad as log of verbalizing, even if you delete chunks of it.... so do that in Obsidian then cut/paste into wiki page periodically
