Typical label for Libertarian Foreign Policy. "Isolationism" means to avoid interacting with other countries; non-inventionism means to allow agents from countries to interact freely without government interference.

Star Trek's Prime Directive is truly isolationism when dealing with certain planets. And opposite-extreme One Government once a planet joins the Federation.
