aka Second Startup Syndrome, Second Product Syndrome

When someone "learns" for a big experience and applies it in a new context.

2 opposite risks

hubris: "Look how smart/successful I am... Trust my gut... Let's repeat what we did that time..."
over-compensation: "Last time we ran into tech debt problems, so let's (over) design things the 'first time' so we don't have to touch it again..."
