(2014-11-05) Gated Disputation Arenas

Brain Fart Of The Day: I'd like to see more experimentation/design of new Disputation Arena-s.

But many people, through a combination of irrationality or emotional-ActingOut (Semantic Noise), will make any Public Policy discussion progress-less.

Ergo any Disputation Arena experiments are more likely to succeed if they have an explicit policy of controlling entry/exit.

Having some sort of edge-process that's more open to wide participation can have value, but the core Discussion Forum process needs to be controllable.

Eventually some sort of group-process for controlling entry/exit might be designable, but in the short-term it might be reasonable to give absolute power to a single Host or maybe Gang Of Three.
