5 Minutes

a brief/minimum chunk of time to think about something, or take a next action

Sometimes, all you need to solve an impossible problem is to actually think for 5 minutes. (Sometimes it is actually 15 minutes, or two hours. But, the first five minutes is helpful for transforming it from an impenetrable ugh field to a tractable problem). Sometimes called Yoda timers. (A timebox wherein you Actually Try.) cf unstuck, jiggling

sometimes designed to block out other things (focus), or timebox step in process (like think about a Problem without thinking about Solutions) (Norman Maier)
