Graph Theory

I'm interested mainly in software interfaces to data - Mind Mapping, OutLining, etc. Output-only would be Graph Drawing. Everything is A Graph.

The MindSet document talks a bit about different types of graphs as relate to mapping thoughts...

There's a MemesNet sub-site specifically about graph structures http://graphs.memes.net/

E4Graph, on top of MetaKit, implements storage of graphs, but there's no Python binding.

Guido Van Rossum wrote an essay entitled Python Patterns - Implementing Graphs
